摘  要:分别以聚乙二醇1000、多聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,研究了乙醇制浆蒸煮过程中分散剂对木素的防吸附作用。采用紫外光谱、扫描电子显微镜及浆料卡伯值检测等考察了分散剂的防吸附效果。结果表明,聚乙二醇1000对木素的防吸附效果最好,最适浓度为2.5mmol/L,该条件下2g绝干浆料吸附木素减少0.114 8g,浆料卡伯值由89.1下降为84.6,且木素多以小颗粒分布在纤维表面。The anti-adsorption of dispersants to lignin was investigated in the cooking process of ethanol-organosolv pulping with polyethylene glycol 1000(PEG1000),sodium polyphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate as the dispersants,respectively.The effect of anti-adsorption was optimized by ultraviolet spectrum,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and the Kappa number of pulp.Result showed that PEG1000 was the best anti-adsorption and its best concentration was2.5mmol/L.The adsorbed lignin of 2g absolutely dried fibers was decreased by 0.114 8g.The Kappa number of pulps was reduced from 89.1to 84.6and most of the lignin was distributed on fiber surface as small particles.
