摘  要:以氢氧化钠为溶剂、盐酸为沉淀剂,从玉米秸秆发酵生产纤维素乙醇的残渣中制备了纳米二氧化硅;对影响氢氧化钠提取液中硅含量的因素做了实验分析;用FT-IR、XRD、XPS、SEM及白度检测等方法对纳米二氧化硅的结构和形貌进行表征。确定了制备氢氧化钠提取液的较适合条件:氢氧化钠质量分数7%,反应时间1h,反应温度75℃,料液比1∶25。制备的纳米二氧化硅为无定形纳米二氧化硅,纯度为96.09%,样品颗粒为球形,粒径分布较均匀,白度与市售纳米二氧化硅接近。The nanosilica was prepared by extraction of the silica from the corn stalks residue of bioethanol fermentation with sodium hydroxide aqueous solution followed by precipitation with hydrochloric acid.The structure and morphology of nanosilica were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and whiteness detector.The optimum conditions for preparing nanosilica were as follows:the mass concentration of sodium hydroxide 7%,1h,60 ℃ and solid/liquid ratio 1∶25.The prepared nanosilica was amorphous and its purity was 96.09%.The nanosilica was spherical in shape with a homogeneous distribution of particle size,and the whiteness was closed to the commercial nanosilica.
