纳米氧化锆粉体的制备与表征

摘  要:采用化学沉淀法来制备氧化锆粉体,利用DTA、TG、IR、XRD等方法对氧化锆粉体及前驱物进行表征,并重点研究了锆盐浓度及煅烧温度对氧化锆粉体结构与性能的影响。结果表明,前驱物在450℃下煅烧后,由无定型转变为晶相,氧化锆粒子中同时存在单斜相和四方相,主要以单斜相为主。随着煅烧温度升高,氧化锆晶粒生长速度增大,晶粒尺寸变大,晶型由四方相逐渐转变为单斜相。当锆盐浓度为0.4mol/L时,粉体的产率高、晶粒尺寸小,晶粒尺寸为20.2nm,结晶完整性最好。Zirconia powder was prepared by chemical precipitating process.The zirconia powder and the precursor powder were analyzed and characterized by DTA,TG,IR and XRD.The precursor powder was decomposed and the zirconia powder was crystallized at about 450 ℃,while the zirconia particles were composed of monoclinic zirconia and tetragonal zirconia,mainly monoclinic.The zirconia particles increased with calcination temperature and the tetragonal zirconia was gradually transferred to monoclinic zirconia.When the concentration of zirconium oxychloride was 0.4mol/L,the yield of powder was highest,the size of particle was smallest and the crystal integrity was best.The size of ZrO2 particle could be controlled in about 20.2nm.
