两种管理方法在ICU大便失禁患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:比较两种不同管理方法对重症监护病房(ICU)大便失禁患者的应用效果,探讨最佳管理方案。方法:采用随机数字分组法将2013年1月-2014年6月本院收治的60例ICU大便失禁患者分为两组。观察组30例,采用一件式造口袋贴肛门引流大便;对照组30例,采用联合应用造口粉和皮肤保护膜,观察两组病人肛周皮炎治疗效果、医疗费用、护理时数。结果:两组病人肛周皮炎治疗效果、医疗费用、护理时数比较,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对ICU大便失禁病人,应用一件式造口袋贴肛优于联合应用造口护肤粉和皮肤保护膜的方法,能有效收集大便粪水,预防皮肤损伤,促进愈合,降低医疗费用,减轻护理工作量,节省工作时间,提高工作效率。Objective To compare two different management methods of the application effect of ICU patients with fecal incontinence, and to explore the best management scheme. Methods 60 cases of ICU patients with fecal incontinence can be divided into two groups. The experimental group with 30 cases, was given one-piece drainable pouch stick on the anus to drainage stool; The control group with 30 cases, was given the combined use of colostomy powder and skin protective film. The effects of two groups＇ treatment incontinent dermatitis patients, medical expenses, nursing hours were observed. Results For two groups of patients treat incontinent dermatitis, medical expenses, nursing hours, the experimental group was better than the control group, the P〈0.05, which showed statistically significant difference. Conclusion For ICU patients with fecal incontinence, applying one-piece drainable pouch stick on the anus is better than that of combined use of colostomy skin care and skin protective film, the method of applying one-piece drainable pouch stick anus can effectively collect stool manure, prevent skin damage, promote healing, reduce medical costs, reduce nursing workload, save the working time, improve work efficiency.
