摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预在改善恶性肿瘤介入患者心理状况及生存质量中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年5月-2014年5月在本院进行治疗的140例恶性肿瘤介入治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各70例。对照组患者采取一般护理措施,观察组患者在此基础上实施心理干预措施。比较干预前后两组患者心理状况及生存质量的改善情况。结果:两组患者的心理状况评分均较干预前下降,生活质量水平升高;观察组的腹部症状领域、乏力领域、全身症状领域、活动领域、情感功能领域、焦虑领域及生存质量总分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能有效改善恶性肿瘤介入患者的不良心理状况,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention of mental state and quality of life in patients with improvement of malignant tumor. Methods 140 cases of malignant tumor intervention patients from May 2013 to 2014 years in the hospital for treatment as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each. The control group was taken with general nursing care, psychological intervention measures of patients in the observation group on the basis of. Comparing the improvement of two groups of patients before and after the intervention of the psychological status and quality of life. Results Decline in scores of the psychological state of the two groups of patients were compared with those before intervention, quality of life level increased; in the observation group, the field of the abdominal symptoms, fatigue, body symptom domains and areas of activity, emotional function field, anxiety and quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the malignant tumor patients with interventional treatment of the adverse psychological condition, improve patient＇s quality of life, worthy of clinical generalization and application of medical personnel.
