黄精对造血系统药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：在回顾复习黄精药理作用相关文献的基础上,分析黄精对造血系统药理作用的研究进展,分析表明黄精及其主要成分及以黄精为主要成分的方剂,对多种机体状况下的外周血象及细胞功能、造血器官重量和组织结构、内皮细胞功能有着不同程度的干预作用;对造血调节因子水平干预作用因动物、机体状况不一而各异。系统研究黄精对造血系统的药理作用,对明确黄精"补诸虚,填精髓"等作用生物学实质、诠释传统医学滋补理论和血液系统疾病治疗有着重要意义。Based on the reviews of the related literatures about the pharmacological effects of polygonatum sibirium, this paper summarizes the research progress of it＇s pharmacological effects on the hematopoietic system. Analysis shows that polygonatum sibirium and its main components and the prescription taking it as the main ingredient have different degrees of effects on the peripheral hemo- gram and the blood cell function, the weight and the tissue structure of hematopoietic organ , and the the function of endothelial cells in various body conditions. The effects of them on the hematopoietic regulation factor is different in different animals and body conditions. Therefore, the systematic researches of the pharmacological effects of the polygonatum sibirium on hematopoietic system are im- portant in the exploration of the biological substance of its ＂tonify the deficiency, fill the essence＂ effects in traditional medicine, the traditional medicine nourishing theory illustrating, and the hematopoietie system diseases treating.
