试论国有企业党委如何提高参与企业重大问题决策的质量

摘　　要：参与企业重大问题决策,是国有企业党委发挥政治核心作用的重要途径。提高党委参与重大决策质量,对于国有企业坚持党的领导、加强党的建设、进一步做强做优做大,具有十分重要的意义。本文重点分析了国有企业党委参与重大问题决策的现状和问题,就如何提高参与决策的质量提出了明确重点内容、健全制度机制、提升素质能力、正确处理几个重要关系等四个方面的对策和建议。Participating in the company＇ s major decisions is one of the important ways for an SOE Party committee to exercise its political core function. To improve the quality of the Party committee＇ s participation in major decisions is of vital importance for the SOE in adhering to the Party＇ s leadership, strengthening Party building and developing into a larger, stronger and better company. The paper provides an analysis of SOE Party committees＇ participation in major decisions and the existing problems, and proposes suggestions on how to improve the quality of participation from four aspects, i.e. developing a clear view of the key elements, improving mechanisms, enhancing competency and properly addressing some important relationships.
