摘  要:由于贵金属资源稀缺,从二次资源中回收利用金等贵金属成为趋势。研究了一种在中性环境中提取废旧线路板(WPCBs)中金的新方法。将预处理(去除铜等贱金属)后的废旧线路板粉末加入到0.8 mol/L的络合剂硫氰酸铵溶液中,调p H至中性,通过添加氧化剂30%双氧水,在固液比为1:40,双氧水用量为1.5 m L,温度为20℃、振荡速度300 r/min、反应1 h条件下,金浸出率可达96%。Because of the increasing scarce of precious metals, recycling gold and other precious metals from secondary resources has become a trend. A new method to extract gold from waste printed circuit boards(WPCBs) in neutral environment was explored. After pretreatment(removal of copper and other base metals), the waste PCBs powder was mixed with 0.8 mol/L ammonium thiocyanate solution, and then p H of the solution was adjusted to neutral. Ammonium thiocyanate served as a complexing agent. The gold leaching rate reached 96%, when the solid-liquid ratio was 1:40, the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 1.5 m L, the temperature was 20, the oscillation speed was 300 r/min, and the reaction time was 1 h.
