探讨男性不育患者解脲支原体感染与正常形态精子百分率关系

摘　　要：目的探讨男性不育患者解脲支原体(UU)感染与正常形态精子百分率的关系。方法 369例UU感染的男性不育患者,随机分为UU阳性组54例和UU阴性组315例,检测精子形态,比较两组差异。结果 UU阳性组的正常形态精子百分率明显低于UU阴性组(P<0.05)。结论 UU感染对正常形态精子百分率有影响。Objective To investigate relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum（UU） infection and percentage of sperm with normal morphology in male infertility patients. Methods A total of 369 male infertility patients with UU infection were randomly divided into positive UU group with 54 cases and negative UU group with 315 cases. Sperm morphology was detected for comparison of difference between the two groups. Results The positive UU group had obviously lower percentage of sperm with normal morphology than the negative UU group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion UU infection has influence on percentage of sperm with normal morphology.
