摘  要:以某化工厂一条管道及其连接设备为案例,分别采用实体单元和管道单元进行详细分析,并对计算结果进行对比和讨论。计算结果显示使用管道单元计算得到的设备管口推力基本都高于实体单元(轴向力除外),表明管道单元计算得到管口推力结果整体偏保守。管道单元有限元模型的两种管口边界条件计算得到的设备管口推力结果对比表明,管道与设备相连处约束设置不宜过于保守。实体单元与管道单元的计算结果最大值位置和应力均值基本吻合。Taking nozzle thrust calculation at joints between pressure pipeline and equipment as an example, the calculation results were analyzed to show that nozzle thrust calculated by pipeline element stays higher than that calculated by solid element (except for the axial force), this indicates that the pipe' s nozzle thrust calcu- lated by pipeline element are conservative and safety; and comparing the nozzle thrust calculated by the pipe- line finite element model' s two boundary conditions shows that the constraints at the joints between the pipe- line and equipment nozzle shouldn' t be too conservative and the maximum stress position and mean stress val- ues between the solid element and pipeline element are consistent.
