摘 要:螺栓法兰接头失效的主要机制是泄漏。在考虑了垫片的非线性和介质内压的基础上,利用ABAQUS软件对稳态温度载荷作用下的螺栓法兰结构进行了数值模拟,研究了内压和温度对连接结构紧密性的影响。研究结果表明,垫片上的应力分布不均匀,接触压力主要集中在靠近垫片外缘的1/4闭合环带处,随着温度的升高其密封闭合环带不断的变窄,垫片的接触压力降低,从而导致连接结构的泄漏。Leakage is the main failure mechanism of bolt' s flange joint. Considering the gasket' s nonlinearity and internal pressure, a 3D numerical model was built and ABAQUS software was applied to simulate bolt flange' s structure under stable state temperature loading, including the effect of internal pressure and tempera- ture on the tightness of bolt flange joints. The results shows that the stress on the gasket is in nonuniform dis-tribution; and the contact pressure mainly concentrates on closed ring can become narrow and narrow and the gasket ture, this results in the leakage of the joint structure. the closed ring 1/4 outside of the contact pressure decreases with the gasket; and the rise of tempera-ture, this results in the leakage of the joint structure.
