摘　　要：[目的]了解邯郸市癌症治疗及相关费用情况,为科学防治提供依据。[方法]现场调查癌症病例,收集癌症治疗及相关项目费用数据,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行数据分析。[结果]每例癌症治疗及相关费用平均3.55万元,其中,治疗直接费用2.39万元,治疗相关费用1.16万元。[结论]要减轻癌症费用负担,需要建全预防体系,实现早筛查、早治疗和规范治疗。[Purpose] To investigate the medical expenses and related costs in the patients with cancer in Handan,and to provided the basis for scientific control and prevention.[Methods] All data of medical expenses and related costs in patient with cancer were collected,and analyzed with SPSS16.0. [Results] The average medical expenses and related costs was 35.5 thousand yuan,and the direct treatment medical expenses was 23.9thousand yuan,and the related costs was 11.6 thousand yuan. [Conclusion] To reduce the burden of cancer costs,it is required to build the control and prevention system,to achieve early screening,conduct early treatment and standard treatment.
