人工流产后即刻放置不同避孕环对预防再次怀孕及人工流产的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨人工流产后即刻放置不同避孕环对预防再次怀孕及人工流产的影响。方法 选取2012年7月~2014年7月意外怀孕后社区就诊转入上级妇幼保健院进行人工流产后即行安环术,术后回社区调查随访的患者125例,将其随机分为观察组63例和对照组62例。观察组手术后即刻放置吉妮致美节育环,对照组患者术后放置曼月乐节育环,对比两组患者避孕环脱落、上环不适症状以及带环妊娠发生率。结果 观察组和对照组避孕环脱落发生率和带环妊娠发生率对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组带环后不适症状发生率为4.76%,对照组带环后不适症状发生率为38.71%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 人工流产后即刻放置吉妮致美节育环或者曼月乐节育环,有助于预防患者再次妊娠,且其避孕环脱落情况较少,而患者放置吉妮致美节育环的不适症状发生率较曼月乐节育环低。Objective To discuss the effect of placing different intrauterine ring immediately to prevent pregnancy again after artificial abortion. Methods Choosed 125 cases of artificial abortion from Jul. 2012 to Jul.2014 to treat with artificial abortion and placing intrauterine ring.And divided into study group with 63 cases and controlled group with 62 cases.The study group were treated with JiNiZhiMei intrauterine ring,and controlled group were treated with ManYueLe intrauterine ring.Compared the rate of IUD falling out,uncomfortable symptoms,rate of pregnancy with IUD. Results There was no difference of rate of IUD falling out and rate of pregnancy with IUD （P〉0.05）.But the incidence of uncomfortable symptoms of study group was 4.76%,and 38.71% of controlled group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Placing intrauterine ring immediately after artificial abortion can prevent pregnancy again and,using ManYueLe intrauterine ring can decrease incidence of uncomfortable symptoms.
