复方氟米松软膏联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方氟米松软膏联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗掌跖脓疱病临床疗效。方法将入选的46例掌跖脓疱病患者随机分为治疗组(23例)和对照组(23例)。治疗组每日外用复方氟米松软膏2次,晚上外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶1次;对照组每日复方氟米松软膏2次,疗程为8周,疗程结束后进行疗效评价。结果 8周疗程结束后治疗组有效率为82.6%,而对照组有效率为52.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访三月后,治疗组和对照组复发率为5.3%和33.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效好且复发率低,值得临床应用。Objective： To investigate the effects of compound flumetasone ointment combined with isotretinoine erythromycin gel in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods： Forty-six patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 23） and control group（ n = 23）. They were topically treated with compound flumetasone ointment twice a day,while the treatment group were treated with 0. 05% isotretinoin erythromycin gel once daily in the evening; the control group was only treated with compound flumetasone ointment twice a day. The efficacy was evaluated 8 weeks later. Results： Effective rate for the treatment group on the 8th week was 82. 6%,while that of the control group was 52. 2%,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After three months follow up we found relapse rate of treatment group and control group were 5. 3% and 33. 3%,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of compound flumetasone ointment combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel was effective,and the relapse rate was significantly lower,which is worth popularizing and applying to palmoplantar pustulosis.
