丹参多酚酸盐对糖尿病合并冠心病患者的MPV、脂联素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血小板平均体积(MPV)、脂联素水平的变化及丹参多酚酸盐的干预作用。方法选取研究对象共121例,其中糖尿病合并冠心病患者72例随机分为A组和B组,49例健康查体者作为对照C组。A组和B组均给予常规西药治疗。A组在此基础上给予静滴丹参多酚酸盐200mg,每日1次,连用2周。分别检测A组、B组、C组治疗前及A组、B组治疗2周后的MPV及脂联素水平。结果治疗前A组、B组MPV均明显高于C组,脂联素水平均低于C组。A组、B组治疗2周后的MPV水平较入院时明显降低,脂联素水平则明显升高,且上述两指标A组较B组变化更明显。结论丹参多酚酸盐可明显降低糖尿病合并冠心病患者的MPV,升高脂联素水平,提示丹参多酚酸盐有抗血小板活性,延缓糖尿病患者心血管并发症的作用。Objective To investigate the changes of mean platelet volume（MPV）,adiponectinin levels and the intervention effect of salvianolate in patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease（ CHD） .Methods 121 cases of individuals were selected and divided into three groups,among them,72 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups：group A and group B,and 49 healthy examinees were taken as group C.Patients in groupA were treated with routine western medical treatment and intravenous injection of Salvianolate（200mg/day）,while those in group B were only treated with routine western medical treat-ment.The therapeutic course for all was 14 days.The serum levels of adiponectin and MPV were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the serum levels of adiponectin in group A and group B were significantly lower than that of group C,and the MPV levels were significantly higher than that in group C.But the level of MPV was significantly decreased,and the serum adiponectin levels significantly increased in the two groups after 2 weeks treatment.Besides,the changes of group A were more obvious than that in group B.Conclusion Salvianolate could obviously reduce the levels of MPV,and increase the serum adiponectin levels,which indicates that salvianolate might have the effect on the antiplate activity and delaying the cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus patients.
