摘  要:目的探讨下呼吸道烟曲霉定植对重症哮喘患者气道黏蛋白MUC5AC含量的影响。方法实验分为3组,分别观察3组患者的下呼吸道烟曲霉定植情况,ELISA法测定MUC5AC蛋白在下呼吸道痰液中的含量。结果在持续喘息的重症哮喘患者中真菌定植较非持续喘息的哮喘患者和健康人比例升高(P<0.01),而MUC5AC蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.01)。结论真菌定植是重症哮喘持续喘息的诱发因素之一,可以使重症哮喘患者气道分泌黏蛋白MUC5AC蛋白的含量增加。Objective To investigate the effect of Aspergillus colonization on the content of airway mucin MUC5AC in patients with severe asthma.Methods The experiment was divided into 3 groups,the colonization of Asper-gillus was observed respectively in lower respiratory tract in the three groups,and the content of MUC5AC protein in the sputum of the lower respiratory tract was detected by ELISA.Results In severe asthma patients with persistent wheez-ing,fungal colonization was higher than that of non persistent asthmatic patients and healthy individuals(P〈0.01),and MUC5AC protein content was significantly higher(P〈0.01).Conclusion Fungal colonization is one of the inducing factors of severe asthma,and fungal colonization can increase the content of MUC5AC protein in airway of patients with severe asthma.
