丙种球蛋白对重症EV71型手足口病患儿血清IL-6,IL-10水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究丙种球蛋白对肠道病毒71型(EV71)型重症手足口病(HFMD)外周血IL-6,IL-10的影响。方法将61例EV71感染的手足口病患儿根据病情分为普通组、重症组两组,同时以10例健康儿童作为对照组,采用双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定各组儿童治疗前后血清IL-5,IL-10的含量,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗前重症组血清IL-6,IL-10含量均高于普通组和对照组(P<0.01),静脉滴注免疫球蛋白(IVIG)治疗后重症组血清IL-6,IL-10明显降低(P<0.01)。结论重症早期应用丙种球蛋白可明显降低重症手足口病IL-6,IL-10水平,改善预后。Objective To study the effects of intravenous immunoglobulin（ IVIG） therapy on serum levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in severe enterovirus 71-associated hand foot and mouth disease（ HFMD） .Methods 61 cases of HFMD children infected by EV71 were divided into normal group and severe group according to the condition of disease,and 10 healthy children were regarded as the control group,the ser-um levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in diffident groups before and after IVIG were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay（ ELISA） ,and were made statistical analysis.Results Before treatment,the serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the common group and in the control group（P〈0.01）,and the serum IL-6 and IL-10 in the severe group were significantly decreased（P〈0.01） after treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin（IVIG）.Conclusion The application of gamma globulin in the early stage of severe HFMD can significantly reduce the IL-6 and IL-10 serum levels,and improve the prognosis.
