防伪型电子版诊断证明系统的研发和应用价值分析

摘　　要：医院研发并推广的防伪型电子版诊断证明系统可对已出具的诊断证明书永久性留存,具备盖章的扫码防伪功能,对诊断证明书的出具及盖章的可追溯性强,系统可调用患者基本信息、医嘱信息、诊断信息等,可提高诊断证明书的准确性和便捷性,减轻医师工作量,减少患者就诊时间。同时系统可将提交审核的诊断证明书传送至医保办公室及住院处,减少患者办理出院手续的冗余环节,提高工作效率。该系统可加强医院管理,降低医院管理成本,是一种较为完善的电子版诊断证明系统。Electronic version of the diagnostic proof security system, which has been developed by hospital,could permanent preserve certificate of diagnosis. It has sealed scan code security features. The system of diagnosis certificate issued and stamped strong trace ability. The system can call the patient＇s basic information, prescription information, diagnostic information, etc. It can improve the diagnostic accuracy and ease of certificate, and reduce physician workload, and reduce patient treatment time. The system can be transferred to submit a certificate of diagnosis and hospitalization insurance office at the audited, reduce patient discharge formalities redundant link,and improve efficiency. The application of the system can strengthen the hospital management, reduce management costs. It is a more complete electronic version of the diagnostic proof system.
