三国药典中别嘌醇及其制剂质量标准的比较分析

摘　　要：为进一步完善和提高我国别嘌醇及其制剂的质量标准提供参考,比较分析《中国药典》2010年版、《日本药局方》16版和《美国药典》38版中别嘌醇原料药以及别嘌醇片质量标准的异同,并提出建议,为其更安全地应用于医药行业提供保障。In order to further improve the domestic quality standards for allopurinol and its preparations,the quality standards for allopurinol as crude drug and tablets in Ch P 2010,JP 16 and USP 38 were compared and analyzed in this paper. Suggestions were provided for the safe application of the drug in pharmaceutical industry.
