摘　　要：分析与探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症药学服务的要点,临床药师可从协助医师调整左甲状腺素的剂量,并指导患者合理使用左甲状腺素及为患者定制随访监护计划等作为药学服务的切入点,以提高药物疗效,增加患者用药的依从性。The objective of this paper is to discuss the key point of pharmaceutical care for the patients with hypothyroidism in pregnancy. Clinical pharmacists may assist the physicians to adjust levothyroxine dose,guide the patients to use levothyroxine rationally and draw up a protocal of follow-up for patients so as to improve the curative effect of drug and increase the compliance of patients.
