感应电机定子轭部螺钉孔对三相空载电流平衡度和定子铁耗的影响

摘  要:本文针对感应电机定子铁心轭部螺钉孔造成的空载三相电流不平衡和定子铁耗增加的问题,探究了铁心轭部螺钉孔对空载电流平衡度的影响,并分析了铁心轭部螺钉孔与电机铁耗之间的关系。理论分析和有限元仿真均表明,螺钉孔的存在所造成的轭部局部磁饱和显著增加了三相电流不平衡度,并且提高了定子的铁心损耗。为了降低轭部螺钉孔对电流平衡度和铁心损耗的影响,本文提出了定子铁心轭部有3个螺钉孔的电机结构。仿真和试验结果表明,当铁心轭部有3个螺钉孔时能够较好地解决电流不平衡的问题,铁心损耗值也较为合理。As for the problems of unbalanced 3-phase no-load currents and stator core loss caused by screw holes on the yoke,the influence of screw holes of the yoke on the balance of 3-phase no-load currents is presented in the paper and the relationship between screw holes and the core loss is analyzed.Theoretical analysis and finite element simulation both show that the existence of screw holes on the yoke causes a magnetic saturation,the magnetic saturation significantly increases in the three-phase current imbalance and causes a rise in stator core loss.In order to reduce the impact of the yoke screw holes on the motor's performance,a motor structure with 3 screw holes on the yoke is presented.Simulation and experimental results show that the three screw holes motor structure can solve the current imbalance,and the core loss values are more reasonable.
