电针治疗严重功能性便秘有效性和安全性随机对照试验研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过随机对照临床研究,评价电针治疗严重功能性便秘的有效性。[方法]将70例严重功能性便秘患者随机分为电针组(35例)和假电针组(35例)。电针组采用电针深刺穴位的疗法,假电针组采用假电针浅刺非经非穴的疗法,治疗8周及随访12周后比较疗效。[结果]在增加完全自主排便次数方面,电针组从第4周开始优于治疗前(P<0.05),而假电针组从第8周开始优于治疗前(P<0.05);电针组与假电针组治疗4、8周后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第4、8周及随访第12周,电针组均优于假电针组(P<0.05)。在增加自主排便次数方面,两组从第4周开始优于治疗前(P<0.05);电针组治疗4、8周后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第4、8周及随访第12周,电针组均优于假电针组(P<0.05)。[结论]电针深刺经穴治疗严重功能性便秘有近期与远期疗效,起效快,且疗效稳定。[Objective] Through randomized controlled clinical study, evaluate the effectiveness of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of severe functional constipation.[Method]70 cases of patients with SFC were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group（35 cases） and sham electro-acupuncture group（35 cases）. EA group was treated with electro-acupuncture deep needling at targeted acupoints, while Sham EA group with Sham EA shallow needling on next-acupoints. We compared effectiveness between and within two groups after 8 weeks＇ treatment and 12 weeks＇ follow-up.[Results] The difference of frequence of CSBM and SBM between and within two groups showed significant differences（P〈0.05）. In follow-up period, the differences of frequence of CSBM every 4 weeks between and within two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, [Conclusions] Electro-acupuncture deep needling has a better and more steady effect on SFC.
