综合疗法治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合疗法治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。[方法]将116例周围性面神经麻痹患儿随机分为观察1组38例、观察2组38例和对照组40例。对照组采用常规药物治疗;观察1组在对照组治疗方案的基础上增加超短波、激光物理治疗;观察2组在观察1组治疗方案基础上增加按摩手法,即综合疗法。对3组患儿的疗效、治疗前后(House Brachmann H-B)分级、不同疗程痊愈例数作比较。[结果]3个疗程后,观察1组、观察2组和对照组痊愈率分别为78.95%、92.11%、47.50%,总有效率分别为92.11%、100%、67.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组HB(House Brachmann)分级情况与本组治疗前及组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗7d后痊愈率观察1组、观察2组和对照组分别为6.67%、20%、0,观察组与对照组、观察2组与观察1组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]药物加物理疗法与穴位按摩配合药物和物理疗法对小儿周围性面神经麻痹都有较好的疗效,但穴位按摩配合药物和物理疗法起效更快,疗程更短。[Objective] To study the comprehensive therapy in treatment of children around the clinical curative effect of facial nerve paralysis（PFP）.[Method] 116 cases of children with PFP were randomly divided into observation group 1 38 cases, observation 2 group of 38 cases and control group 40 cases. The control group using conventional drug treatment; Observation group 1 were increased ultrashort wave, laser physical therapy; Observe two groups based on the observation group 1 increased massage technique, namely the comprehensive therapy. On the curative effect of three groups of children, before and after treatment（House Brachmann H-B） grading, compare different treatments to heal. [Result] After 3 periods of treatment,observation 1 group, 2 group and the control group cure rates were respectively 78.95%, 92.11%, 47.50%, total effective rates were respectively 92.11%,100%, 67.50%, difference between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Three groups of H-B（House Brachmann） classification and groups before treatment and comparative differences between groups were statistically significant（P0.01）. 7d recovery rates after treatment of 1 group, 2 group and the control group were respectively 6.67%, 20%, 0, the observation group compared with observation group 1, 2 had statistically significant differences（P 0.05）. [Conclusion] Drugs and physical therapy and acupuncture point massage and physical therapy for children around facial nerve paralysis have good curative effect, but with drugs and physical therapy effect of acupuncture point massage faster, shorter course of treatment.
