探讨伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院骨科行伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根钉内固定治疗的26例胸腰椎骨折脱位的患者,作为本次研究的对象。结果术后患者的骨折均达到临床骨性愈合,椎体前缘高度与Cobbs角较术前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位可增加固定节段的稳定性,是一种有效的手术治疗方法。Objective To explore the vertebral pedicle screw short segment pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture dislocation clinical curative effect. Methods 26 cases of thoracolumbar fracture dislocation patients underwent vertebral pedicle screw and short segment pedicle screw internal fixation were analyzed in our hospital as the research object. Results The fractures of the patients reached clinical healing, and there was significant difference between the front and the Cobbs angle of the vertebral body（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vertebral pedicle screw and short segment pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture dislocation can increase the fixed segment stability, it is a effective method of surgical therapy.
