儿童寻常疣冷冻后外用干扰素软膏对疾病复发的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童寻常疣冷冻后外用干扰素软膏对疾病复发的影响。方法选取儿童寻常疣患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组给予液氮冷冻治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合外用α-2b干扰素软膏治疗,共治疗28 d,对两组治疗后6个月复发情况以及治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组,而复发率低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.000 1、3.876 1,均P<0.05)。结论儿童寻常疣冷冻后外用α-2b干扰素软膏治疗,不仅临床疗效显著,且能够有效降低复发率,减轻了患儿的痛苦。Objective To investigate the effect of interferon ointment on the recurrence of the disease after freezing. Methods 100 cases of children with common warts were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, the control group was treated with liquid nitrogen frozen, and the observation group was treated with α-2b interferon ointment on the basis of the control group, 28 d, 6 months after treatment and two months after treatment. Results Observation of treatment group the total efficiency was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups significantly with statistical significance（χ2=4.000 1, 3.876 1, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy α-2b interferon ointment in the treatment of children with common warts is not only effective, but also can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, reduce the pain of the children.
