摘　　要：目的分析鼻息肉病采用糖皮质激素联合鼻内镜治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析2013年6月～2015年6月本院收治的122例鼻息肉患者的临床资料,按治疗所用方法不同分为两组,对照组54例行鼻镜内手术治疗,研究组68例在其基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组手术指标及疗效。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后活动时间、住院时间均比对照组少,且治疗总有效率比对照组高（P〈0.05）。结论鼻息肉病采用糖皮质激素联合鼻内镜治疗效果较好。Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of nasal polyps by using corticosteroids combined with endoscopic treatment. Methods Clinical data of 122 patients with nasal polyps from June 2013 to June 2015 were analyzed retrospectively, according to the treatment of the different methods used divided into two groups, 54 routine nose surgery, 68 cases in the study group on the basis of its couverture plus hormone therapy, surgery indicators were compared and efficacy. Results The operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative activity time and hospital stay in the study group were less than those in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nasal polyposis using corticosteroids combined with endoscopic treatment effect is remarkable.
