急性期中重度脑血管病应用综合康复治疗的预后影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析急性期中重度脑血管疾病患者接受综合康复治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院2013年1月～2015年1月接收的1 622例急性期中重度脑血管疾病患者进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为观察组和对照组,均有811例,对照组患者接受常规药物治疗,观察组患者接受综合康复治疗,对两组的临床治疗预后效果进行比较分析。结果经过治疗,观察组患者的NIHSS评分比对照组低,ADL评分比对照组高,结果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合康复治疗应用于急性期中重度脑血管病患者具有很好的效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for patients with severe cerebral vascular disease in the acute stage. Methods 1 622 cases of acute severe cerebrovascular disease patients were chosen to study and analysis in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, the patients were grouped into observation group and control group, 811 cases, the control group received conventional drug treatment, the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the clinical treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the ADL score was higher than the control group, and the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with severe cerebral vascular disease in the acute stage, and it can be used for clinical application.
