腹腔镜手术护理流程图在腹腔镜直肠癌Dixon术围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在腹腔镜直肠癌Dixon术围手术期护理中应用腹腔镜手术护理流程图的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年1月～2015年4月本院收治的行腹腔镜直肠癌Dixon术患者92例,按照护理方法的不同将其分为观察组（腹腔镜手术护理流程图护理）和对照组（常规护理）,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察分析。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率、腹腔镜设备故障发生率、护理不满意率、手术器械准备不足发生率均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在腹腔镜直肠癌Dixon术围手术期应用腹腔镜手术护理流程图,可有效改善护理服务质量,有利于保证手术的顺利进行。Objective Discussion in laparoscopic colorectal cancer Dixon perioperative nursing laparoscopic surgical care flowchart clinical results. Methods 92 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery patients with Dixon were selected from January 2013～April 2015 in our hospital, according to different methods of care will be divided into the observation group（laparoscopic surgery nursing care flow chart） and control group（usual care）, nursing effects were observed and analyzed two groups of patients. Results The incidence of adverse reactions observed groups of patients, laparoscopic equipment failure rate, nursing unsatisfactory rate, incidence of surgical instruments, lack of preparation was significantly lower than the control group of patients, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery laparoscopic Dixon Peri-operative care flowchart, can effectively improve the quality of care, will help ensure smooth operation, it is recommended to further promote in clinical practice.
