摘 要:目的研究分析糖尿病胰岛素注射治疗使用临床护理路径的理作用。方法根据2013年1月~2014年1月我院的60例接受胰岛素注射治疗的糖尿病患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受常规胰岛素注射健康知识教育,实验组使用临床护理路径胰岛素注射健康教育。对比分析两组患者对糖尿病胰岛素注射知识了解情况以及临床护理满意度情况。结果经过护理后,实验组患者在糖尿病知识掌握度以及糖尿防治机能掌握度上比对照组优秀,结果对比差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论临床中为患者提供临床护理路径胰岛素注射健康知识教育能够让患者对胰岛素注射治疗的了解更加深入,临床中对护理的满意度也比较高。Objective To study the clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of diabetic insulin injection. Methods 60 patients with diabetes mellitus who received insulin injection therapy were analyzed from January 2013 to January 2014. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group. The patients in control group received routine insulin injection. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with diabetes and insulin injection of knowledge and clinical nursing satisfaction. Results After treatment, the experimental group patients in the diabetes knowledge and diabetes prevention function of master degree irrigation than in the control group, the excellent and comparison results exist significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing path for patients with insulin injection of health knowledge education can make patients more indepth understanding of insulin injection therapy, clinical nursing satisfaction is higher.
