七氟醚与丙泊酚对腹腔镜患者血清TXB2、ET-1和D-二聚体水平的影响差别分析

摘　　要：探讨七氟醚对腹腔镜患者血清TXB2、ET-1和D-二聚体水平影响。选择腹腔镜手术的患者80例作为研究对象,分别在麻醉诱导后(T1)、气腹后30min(T2)、60min(T3)、90min(T4)时段抽取患者静脉血,检测血清TXB2、ET-1和D-二聚体水平,比较不同组别不同时段的三种指标情况。和T1时间段比较,不同时段比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);以观察组作为参考,在T2~T4时间段内,两组比较差异有显著统计学(P<0.05)。七氟醚较丙泊酚对腹腔镜患者血清TXB2、ET-1和D-二聚体水平影响更大,值得临床推广使用。To investigate the effects of sevoflurane on laparoscopic patients serum TXB2, ET-1 and D-two dimer level. 80 patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, respectively after induction of anesthesia （T1）, after pneumoperitoneum （T2） for 30min and 60rain （T3）, 90rain （T4） time extraction venous blood of patients with, serum TXB2 and endothelin-1 （ET-1） and D-two dimer level, compare different groups of three indicators of the time. compared with the TI time period, there were significant differences in different time （P^0. 05）, and the observation group was used as a reference, in the T2 ~T4 time, the two groups had significant difference （P%0.05）. Sevoflurane than propofol on laparoscopic patients serum TXB2 and endothelin-1 （ET-1） and D-two dimer levels influence bigger, it is worth for clinical use.
