摘　　要：目的探讨一线空中交通管制员亚健康的流行现状及其个人生活方式的影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法获取某地区空中交通管理局的一线空中交通管制人员102名,用自制《管制人员亚健康和生活方式调查表》收集和评价其亚健康状态、生活方式等信息。结果该地区一线空中交通管制人员的亚健康发生率为70.59%,与年龄段有显著关联(P=0.006),与性别(P=0.765)和工龄(P=0.974)无显著关联,但工龄4a以上的管制员生活方式优于年轻管制员。个人生活方式中,主食摄入量和蔬菜水果摄入量是亚健康发生的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论该地区一线空中交通管制人员的亚健康发生率较高,适当改变不良的个人生活习惯将有效降低其亚健康发生水平,对管制人员的职业健康问题应给与更多关注。[Objective]To investigate the prevalence of sub-health and influencing factors about personal life style of frontline air traffic controllers.[Methods]102 frontline air traffic controllers were selected from a regional air traffic management bureau by cluster sampling method,and a self-designed questionnaire on sub-health status and life style of air traffic controllers was used to collect and analyze the data.[Results]The prevalence rate of sub-health among the air traffic controllers was 70.59%,which was significantly correlated with age（P =0.006）,while was not significantly correlated with gender（P =0.765） and working years（P=0.974）.The life style of controllers with more than 4 years of working age was better than that of youth.In their personal life habits,staple food intake and vegetables/fruits intake were the main influencing factors of sub-health（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The frontline air traffic controllers in this region have a high prevalence rate of sub-health,and the adjustment of unhealthy life style can effectively reduce the prevalence rate of sub-health.It is necessary to pay more attention to the occupational health problems among air traffic controllers.
