老年髋关节置换术患者肌肉衰减综合征与跌倒风险的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋关节置换术患者肌肉衰减综合征与跌倒风险的相关性,为降低髋关节置换患者的跌倒风险提供科学依据。方法选取2013年3月—2015年3月入住湖北医药学院附属人民医院的208例老年全髋关节置换者为研究对象,髋关节功能评分选用Harris标准;肌肉衰减综合征采用相对骨骼肌质量指数(RSMI)进行鉴定;采用摩尔斯跌倒评估量表(MFS)对跌倒风险进行评估。结果不同年龄段患者的RSMI得分和MFS得分差异有统计学意义,不同髋关节功能等级患者的肌肉衰减综合征发生率差异有统计学意义;跌倒风险与髋关节功能等级及肌肉衰减状况呈显著相关性关系(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术患者的肌肉衰减状况与跌倒风险具有显著相关性,应针对患者采取相应措施,减少肌肉衰减综合征的发生,以降低跌倒风险。[Objective]To research the correlation between sarcopenia and fall risk in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement,provide scientific evidence for reducing the fall risk in patients with hip replacement.[Methods]208 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement,who were treated in People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College from March 2013 to March 2015,were enrolled in this study.Joint function was evaluated by Harris standard,the relative skeletal muscle index（RSMI） was used to identify the sarcopenia,and fall risk was assessed by Morse Fall Scale（MFS）.[Results]There was statistically significant difference in RSMI scores and MFS scores among different age groups.The difference in incidence of sarcopenia among patients with different hip joint function grade was statistically significant.The fall risk had a significant correlation with hip joint function grade and muscle decay status（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]There is a significant correlation between muscle decay status and fall risk in patients undergoing hip replacement.It is necessary to take corresponding measures to reduce the incidence of sarcopenia,so as to decrease fall risk.
