延安市学生网络成瘾及心理现状

摘　　要：目的了解延安市学生上网情况及其心理状况,为有关部门的干预提供依据。方法随机抽取延安大学学生630人,延安市某重点高中学生750名,采用Young网络成瘾量表（SAS）、焦虑自评量表（SDS）、抑郁自评量表、安全与不安全量表,评估学生网络成瘾情况及心理现状。结果延安市学生的网络成瘾率为26.5%,大学生为19.5%低于高中生的32.5%（χ-2=28.278,P〈0.01）;大学生与高中生网络成瘾者焦虑阳性检出率分别为29.06%和36.96%,均高于正常使用网络者（χ-2=14.91,28.17,P〈0.01）;大学生与高中生网络成瘾者的抑郁阳性检出率分别为44.44%和44.34%,均高于正常使用网络者的219%和33.89%（χ-2=29.81、7.69,P〈0.01）;大学生和高中生网络成瘾者安全与否测试得分均低于正常使用网络者（t=3.05、3.08,均P〈0.01）。结论网络成瘾者心理健康水平低于正常使用网络者,在针对网络成瘾学生采取措施的时候,更应重视预防。[Objective]To understand the internet addiction disorder and mental health among students in Yan＇an City,provide the basis for the relevant departments to carry out the intervention.[Methods]630 students from Yan＇an University and 750 students from a key senior high school were randomly collected in this study.Young Internet Addiction Test,SAS,SDS,security and insecurity scale were used to evaluate the internet addiction disorder and mental health of the students.[Results]The rate of internet addiction disorder among students in Yan＇an City was 26.5%,and the rate of college students（19.5%） was lower than that of senior high school students（32.5%） significantly（χ-2=28.278,P〈0.01）.Among students with internet addiction disorder,the detection rate of anxiety in college students and senior high school students was 29.06%and 36.96%respectively,which both were higher than that in normal internet users（χ-2=14.91,χ-2=28.17,P〈0.01）.The detection rate of depression in college students and senior high school students with internet addiction disorder was 44.44%and 44.34%respectively,which both were higher than that in normal internet users（χ-2=29.81,χ-2=7.69,P〈0.01）.The scores of security scale in college students and senior high school students with internet addiction disorder were lower than that in normal internet users（t=3.05,t=3.08,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The mental health level of students with internet addiction disorder is lower than that of normal internet users.The measures against internet addiction disorder among students should focus on prevention.
