摘　　要：探索了 PET/ PA6星型复合纤维纺丝工艺 ,讨论了两组分复合比、纺丝温度、拉伸倍率、拉伸温度等条件对复合纤维的生产过程及产品质量的影响。认为选择 PET/ PA6复合比为 80 / 2 0 ,纺丝温度2 80～ 2 90℃ ,拉伸温度 80～ 90℃ ,定型温度 190～ 2 0 0℃ ,纺丝顺利 ,产品质量较好。The spinning process for star type PET/PA6 composite fiber was introduced. The effects of component ratio, spinning temperature, draw ratio, drawing temperature on the production and the product quality were discussed. The results showed that the satisfying product could be produced smoothly under the conditions of PET/PA6 ratio of 80/20, spinning temperature in the range of 280~290℃, drawing temperature of 80~90℃, setting temperature of 190~ 200℃.
