摘　　要：目的：了解河北省农村居民糖尿病相关知识的知晓情况,为开展糖尿病健康教育提供参考依据.方法：采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,在6市6县12个村随机抽取749农村常住居民作为调查对象,面对面进行糖尿病相关知识问卷调查.结果：调查对象对糖尿病相关知识总知晓率为61.7%,其中中老年、文化程度较低人群对糖尿病相关知识知晓率较低.结论：农村居民糖尿病相关知识知晓率偏低,应针对不同人群特点开展健康教育.Objective To understand the related knowledge of diabetes among rural residents in Hebei province ,and to provide more references for carrying out the health education of diabetes.Methods By means of multiple-stages sampling a total of 749 rural residents which come from 6cities, 6countries and 12villages were selected randomly and investigated face-to-face with questionnaires.Results The respondents＇ total awareness rate of the related knowledge of diabetes was 61.7%; the awareness rates on diabetes among middle and eldly-aged responders with lower education were lower.Conclusion The rural residents＇total awareness rate of the related knowledge of diabetes is in the low level. Health education should be carried out according to the characteristics of the different groups.
