如意金黄散糊剂外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨化疗药物所致静脉炎应用如意金黄散糊剂的治疗效果。方法将50例化疗药物所致静脉炎的患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组和治疗组，每组25例。常规组用50％硫酸镁24h冷敷，24h后热敷的方法；治疗组用如意金黄散9g＋米醋10ml＋蜂蜜2ml调成糊状湿敷，避开穿刺点1．5cm，观察不同时间段内患肢消肿情况。结果治疗组有效率为96．0％，常规组有效率为72．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=5．3571，P=0．0206）。结论化疗药物所致静脉炎应用金黄散糊剂外敷的临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the effects of Ruyi Jinhuang powder paste used as topical treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis. Methods A total of 50 patients with phlebitis caused by chemotherapy drugs were randomized to conventional group and treatment group with each group of 25 patients. The patients of conventional group received cold compress with 50% magnesium sulfate for 24 hours, then hot compress for 24 hours. The patients of treatment group underwent wet compress with mixed Ruyi Jinhuang powder 9 g ＋ vinegar 10 ml ＋ honey 2 ml into a paste and avoided puncture point 1.5 cm. The limb swelling cases were observed at different time periods. Results The treatment group effectiveness rate was 96.0%, while the routine group effectiveness rate was 72.0% （ x^2 = 5. 357 1, P = 0. 020 6）. Conclusions Clinical effects of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy drugs are effective to treat by Ruyi Jinhuang powder paste.
