假体置换与植入物内固定在MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折的治疗效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较桡骨头假体置换与切开复位内固定治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折的效果。方法采用前瞻性随机对照分析27例MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折病例,分别给予桡骨头假体置换和切开复位内固定治疗,比较两组肘关节功能评分,比较两组手术前后肘关节功能恢复情况,并进行统计学分析。结果纳入患者均获得1~2.4年随访,平均随访2年。按照肘关节功能评分,假体置换组平均84.1分;切开复位组平均66.8分。两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论与切开复位内固定比较,桡骨头假体置换治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折效果更好。Objective To compare the efficacy of radial head prosthesis replacement and internal fixation operation in the treatment of Mason Ⅲ type radial head fractures. Methods 27 cases of the MasonⅢ type radial head fracture patients were divided into two groups randomly,the radial head prosthesis replacement group and the internal fixation group. Compared the function of the elbows in both two groups postoperatively. Results All of the patients underwent 1 to 2. 4 years fellow- up. According to elbow function assessment,the score of the radial head prosthesis replacement group was 84. 1,while it was 68. 8 in internal fixation group of complication.The results of the two groups were statistically different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Compared with the internal fixation,the radial head prosthesis replacement had better effect in the treatment of Mason Ⅲ type radial head fracture.
