摘　　要：黏膜下隧道内镜肿瘤切除术(submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection,STER)是一种新的内镜技术,是内镜黏膜下层剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)的延伸.是利用内镜下黏膜下层剥离术在食管黏膜层与肌层之间建立通道,利用该隧道空间进行食管黏膜下肿瘤的切除.本文系统阐述STER在食管黏膜下肿瘤的应用及护理配合.此外本文还提出了在配合隧道技术护理方面的一些新理念和做法.包括患者胸前区域相对无菌要求,高频电导线接头消毒;透明帽安装;手术视野清晰度处理;隧道腔内保持无菌创面处理;新型附件的选择及使用;皮肤压疮的预防.对今后同行配合隧道技术有很大的帮助和指导作用.9Submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection（STER） is a new endoscopic technique and represents an extension of endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD） technique.STER allows the resection of esophageal submucosal tumors in a tunnel which is built between the mucosa layer and muscle layer of the esophagus by EDR.Here we undertake a systematic review of the application of STER in esophageal submucosal tumors and the nursing strategies.In addition,this article also describes some novel ideas and methods of nursing cooperation in STER,which include keeping the area in front of the chest relatively sterile,disinfection of the wire connector of high frequency electrotome,installing a transparent cap,cleaning the surgical area,keeping the wound in the tunnel sterile,choosing and using the new accessory,and prevention of pressure ulcer.
