摘　　要：为实现薄板类工件的导波快速扫描检测,根据相控阵检测技术特点,在相控阵检测仪器上开发频散曲线计算模块及相控阵导波成像软件模块,设计相控阵导波检测探头及专用扫查器、导波检测对比试块。试验结果表明,该相控阵导波成像检测设备对于薄板类工件的检测成像效果好,扫查速度快,对需要大面积快速检测薄板类工件的应用具有重要意义。To realize the fast guided wave testing of the thin plate,the dispersion curve calculation module and the phased array guided wave imaging software module are developed in the phased array instrument,and probe and scanner,test block are designed.The test results show that the equipment for the thin plate type has the advantages in the scanning speed and the imaging effect.It is important for the application of fast testing of large area thin plate.
