摘 要:基于CO_2在高温条件下的氧化性,建立CO_2用于炼钢过程的物料及能量模型。研究发现:CO_2作为炼钢过程的氧化反应介质时,可以完成脱碳等冶金任务,而且在采用全铁水冶炼时,在文中分析条件下,CO_2喷吹比例小于23.5%时可满足炼钢终点钢液对热量的要求。在CO_2喷吹比例为0-23.5%,随着CO_2比例的增加,富余热量减少,火点区温度降低,废钢加入量降低,氧气消耗略有下降,炉气体积和炉气中CO体积显著增加。Based on the oxidizability of C02 under the condition of high temperature, the material and energy models for C02 using in thesteelmaking process were established. The results show that when C02 used as oxidation reaction medium during the steelmaking process,tasks such as decarburization can be completed. Besides, when the ratio of C02 is less than 23.5% , the thermal requirements for moltensteel can be satisfied with all hot metal in this paper. Within the range of 0-23.5% of C02, as the ratio of C02 increase, it can not onlyreduce the surplus heat and the temperature of hot spot, but also reduce the amount of scrap and oxygen consumption, significantly increasethe volume of furnace gas and CO in it.
