法舒地尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察法舒地尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病(CHD)慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效及安全性。方法:CHD CHF患者(58例)随机分为对照组(常规基础药物治疗)、曲美他嗪组(常规+曲美他嗪)和联合治疗组(常规+曲美他嗪+法舒地尔)。治疗3个月后观察3组心功能、心室重构的变化。结果:与曲美他嗪和对照组比,联合治疗组心功能分级、6 min步行试验及对心脏重塑的改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,法舒地尔联合曲美他嗪能显著改善CHD CHF患者的心功能和心室重构。Objective：To investigate the effect of fasudil hydrochloride combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）caused by coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods：A total of 58 patients with CHF caused by CHD were randomly divided into control（common treatment）,trimetazidine（common treatment＋trimetazidine） and combined treatment（common treatment＋trimetazidine＋fasudil hydrochloride）groups. The heart function and ventricular remodeling among groups were observed for 3 months after treatment. Results：Compared with control and trimetazidine groups,the cardiac functional grading,6-minute walking test and ventricular remodeling were obviously improved in the combined treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Base on the basic treatment,fasudil hydrochloride combined with trimetazidine can improve the heart function and ventricular remodeling in patients with CHF caused by CHD.
