粤东地区女性下生殖道感染白色念珠菌影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析女性下生殖道白色念珠菌感染的影响因素。方法:通过调查问卷分析女性下生殖道白色念珠菌感染(322例)的影响因素。结果:工作方式、文化程度、孕产情况、性生活频率、避孕套用否、阴道冲洗与否、睡眠情况、规范用药与否、对方有否治疗、对方有否包皮过长是影响感染的独立因素(P<0.05)。Logistics回归统计显示,工作方式、孕产情况、避孕套用否、阴道冲洗与否、规范用药与否、对方有否包皮过长具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性生殖道感染白色念珠菌与工作方式、文化程度、孕产情况、性生活频率、避孕套用否、阴道冲洗与否、睡眠情况、规范用药与否、对方有否治疗、对方有否包皮过长有关;且受工作方式、孕产情况、避孕套用否、阴道冲洗与否、规范用药与否、对方有否包皮过长这些因素共同影响。Objective：To analyze of impact factors about genital tract infection with candida albicans of women. Methods：The impact factors about genital tract infection with candida albicans of women（322 cases）were analyzed by questionnaire. Results：Working,educational level,maternal situation,sexual frequency,condom application or not,vagina flushing or not,sleeping,standard medication or not,each other for treatment or not,other party for redundant prepuce are independent factors（P〈0.05）. There were statistical significance in working,maternal situation,condom application or not,vagina flushing or not,standard medication or not,other party for redundant prepuce by logistics regression statistics（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Female reproductive tract infection is associated with working,educational level,maternal situation,sexual frequency,condom application or not,vagina flushing or not,sleeping,standard medication or not,each other for treatment or not,other party for redundant prepuce,and is affected by working,maternal situation,condom application or not,vagina flushing or not,other party for redundant prepuce.
