摘 要:随着电缆测压取样技术海上油田的广泛应用,传统的样品分析方法是将样品带回陆地实验室分析,存在样品运输时间久、样品损害、分析时间缓慢等诸多问题,为此,对样品的快速、准确分析,就显得很迫切。地层流体现场分析技术应运而生,该技术主要包括原油高温高压物性(PVT)分析和水分析。原油高温高压物性(PVT)分析是指在取得样品后的6 h^8 h能够完成恒质膨胀实验、单次脱气实验、粘度实验,测得包含地层原油泡点压力等PVT参数;水分析通过快速测定泥浆滤液和水样样品中常见离子浓度,判断水样样品是泥浆滤液还是地层水及估算泥浆混入比例、推算纯地层水总矿化度。目前该技术已在国内四个海域应用,取得了很好的应用效果。With the wireline formation tester widely used in offshore oil field,the traditional method,which brings the samples back to the land laboratory to analyze,has many problems such as more time on transport,sample damage,slow analysis procedure. It is very urgent to analyze the sample quickly and accurately. The on- site rapid analysis of the formation fluid includes oil physical properties analysis under the high temperature and high pressure( PVT) and water sample analysis. The high temperature and high pressure physical properties analysis of oil( PVT) can measure PVT parameters,including bubble point pressure by completing the constant mass expansion experiment,the single degassing experiment,the viscosity experiment after obtaining the samples 6- 8h. The on- site analysis of water is based on ion chromatography that can quickly analyze ionic concentrations in the wire line formation test water sample and mud- filtrate fluid in the offshore drilling platforms,the results can be used to quickly and accurately judge whether the wire line formation test water sample contains mud-filtrate,and then calculate the total salinity of the formation water. At present,the on- site rapid analysis of the formation fluid has been applied in 4 Chinese offshore oilfields and achieved a very good application effect.
