摘 要:本试验旨在探讨不同品质鱼粉对黄颡鱼幼鱼生长性能、饲料利用及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用初始体重为(0.90±0.02)g的黄颡鱼幼鱼270尾,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复放养30尾。3组试验鱼分别投喂添加进口鱼粉(秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉)、国产鱼粉(山东荣成鱼粉)、混合鱼粉(进口鱼粉∶国产鱼粉=1∶1)的等氮等脂试验饲料,进行为期10周的投喂试验。结果表明:国产鱼粉组黄颡鱼幼鱼的增重率和特定生长率最高,混合鱼粉组次之,进口鱼粉组最低,3组间差异显著(P<0.05)。各组黄颡鱼幼鱼的饲料效率、蛋白质效率、肥满度、肝体比及脏体比无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清中总胆固醇含量以混合鱼粉组最高,显著高于进口鱼粉组(P<0.05),进口鱼粉、混合鱼粉组血清中高密度脂蛋白含量显著高于国产鱼粉组(P<0.05),进口鱼粉组血清中低密度脂蛋白含量显著低于混合鱼粉、国产鱼粉组(P<0.05)。血清总蛋白、葡萄糖、甘油三酯含量及碱性磷酸酶活性各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。进口鱼粉组肝脏超氧化歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及丙二醛含量显著高于国产鱼粉组(P<0.05),而肝脏总抗氧化能力在各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。混合鱼粉组黄颡鱼幼鱼肌肉多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于进口鱼粉、国产鱼粉组(P<0.05),而肌肉饱和脂肪酸与单不饱和脂肪酸含量各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此得出,在本试验条件下,相对于进口鱼粉,饲料中添加国产鱼粉可以提高黄颡鱼幼鱼的生长性能和肝脏抗氧化能力;投喂混合鱼粉有助于黄颡鱼幼鱼肌肉中多不饱和脂肪酸的积累。A 10-week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of different quality fish meal on growth performance,feed utilization and liver antioxidant capacity of juvenile yellowcatfish( Pelteobagrus fulvidraco). A total of 270 juvenile yellowcatfish with an initial body weight of( 0. 90 ±0. 02) g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 yellowcatfish for each replicate. Three iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipid diets were formulated to contain different fish meal,such as imported fish meal( Peru steam fish meal),local fish meal( fish meal produced in Rongcheng of Shandong) and mixed fish meal( imported fish meal ∶ local fish meal = 1 ∶ 1),respectively. The results showed that weight gain rate( W GR) and specific growth rate( SGR) in the local fish meal group were the highest,those in the mixed fish meal group took second place,and those in the imported fish meal group were the worst,there were signifant differences among 3groups( P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences in feed efficiency( FE),protein efficiency ratio( PER),condition factor( CF),hepatosomatic index( HSI) and viscerosomtic index( VSI) of juvenile yellowcatfish among all groups( P〉0. 05). Serum total cholesterol( TC) conent in the mixed fish meal group was the highest,and significantly higher than that in the imported fish meal group( P〈0. 05); serum high density lipoprotein( HDL-C) content in the imported and mixed fish meal groups was significantly higher than that in the local fish meal group( P〈0. 05); serum lowdensity lipoprotein( LDL-C) content in the imported fish meal group was significantly lower than that in the mixed and local fish meal groups( P〈0. 05). Total protein( TP),glucose( GLU) and triglyceride( TG) contents and alkaline phosphatase( AKP) activity in serum were not significantly different among all groups( P〉0. 05).
