摘  要:本试验旨在研究陕北白绒山羊生长期饲粮适宜的能量水平。选取体况良好、体重相近的5月龄陕北白绒山羊32只(公母各占1/2),采用单因子随机区组设计分为4组。各组试验羊饲喂粗蛋白质水平为11.16%,消化能水平分别为9.33(Ⅰ组)、10.49(Ⅱ组)、11.66(Ⅲ组)和12.61 M J/kg(Ⅳ组)的饲粮,进行为期60 d的饲养试验和为期14 d的消化代谢试验。结果表明:1)母羊Ⅲ组的实际摄入消化能水平最高,但各组间差异不显著(P〉0.05);公羊Ⅲ组的实际摄入消化能和母羊Ⅲ组的实际摄入粗蛋白质水平均显著高于其他3组(P〈0.05);公羊Ⅲ组的实际摄入粗蛋白质水平显著高于Ⅳ组(P〈0.05)。2)试验羊Ⅲ组的干物质采食量均最高;饲粮能量水平对平均日增重和料重比的影响不显著(P〉0.05)。3)试验羊增重收益以Ⅲ组最高;毛收益Ⅰ组最高,Ⅲ组次之。4)母羊Ⅳ组粗蛋白质的表观消化率显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05),干物质表观消化率各组之间无显著差异(P〉0.05);公羊Ⅲ组的粗蛋白质表观消化率显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组干物质的表观消化率显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05)。5)试验羊Ⅲ组的摄入总能和消化能均最高,而Ⅳ组粪能均最低;公羊能量消化率Ⅲ、Ⅳ组均显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),而母羊能量消化率各组之间比较差异不显著(P〉0.05)。6)试验羊血液游离脂肪酸和β-羟丁酸的含量以Ⅳ组最低;试验羊Ⅲ组血液葡萄糖和总蛋白含量均最高,而尿素氮含量最低。综上,5~6月龄陕北白绒山羊饲粮能量水平以不低于11.63 MJ/kg为宜。This experiment was conducted to study the optimal energy level of Shanbei white cashmere goats during growth period. Thirty two( half male and half female) healthy 5-month-old goats with similar body weight were selected and divided into 4 groups( Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ) by a single-factor random block design.The crude protein( CP) level was 11. 16 %,and groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed four diets differed in digestive energy( DE)( 9. 33,10. 49,11. 66 and 12. 61 MJ / kg,respectively). The feeding experiment lasted for 60 days,and then digestive and metabolic experiments were conducted for 14 days. The results showed as follows: 1) group Ⅲ of ewes had the greatest actual DE intake level( P〈0. 05),the actual DE intake level of rams and the actual CP intake level of ewes in group Ⅲ were the greatest among four groups( P〈0. 05),and the actual CP intake level of rams in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅳ( P〈0. 05). 2)Group Ⅲ of goats had the greatest dry matter intake( DMI); dietary energy level had no significant influence on average daily gain( ADG) and feed to gain ratio( F / G)( P〈0. 05). 3) Gain benefit in group Ⅲ was the greatest among four groups,nevertheless,the gross returns in group Ⅰ was the greatest among four groups,followed by group Ⅲ. 4) Apparent digestibility of CP of ewes in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ( P〈0. 05),and no significant difference was observed for apparent digestibility of dry matter among four groups( P〈0. 05); apparent digestibility of CP of rams in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ( P〈0. 05),and that of DMof rams in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ( P〈0. 05). 5) The gross energy( GE) and DE intakes in group Ⅲ was the greatest among four groups,and fecal energy in group Ⅳ was the lowest; energy digestibility of rams in groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ was significantly higher than that i
