摘　　要：科学研究是促进医学发展进步、提升医院综合竞争力的重要内容.县级公立医院通过建立激励机制、搭建科研平台、结合基层医院特色开展相应的科学研究,提升医务人员的科研意识和水平,促进临床医学的发展进步.Scientific research is the essence of the comprehensive competitiveness in promoting medical development and progress.The county-level public hospitals are to improve all the medical staffs＆#39; scientific research awareness and level and the development and progress of clinical medical science by establishing an incentive mechanism and a platform for scientific research and combining the specialties of the hospitals to carry out relative scientific research.
