摘　　要：西柏坡时期,中国共产党在革命即将胜利的新形势下,组建创办了马列学院、华北军政大学和华北大学等三所大学,三所大学为解放战争的胜利和新中国建设培养了政治理论强、专业水平高的各类人才;其办学实践实现了西柏坡精神与大学环境文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化等建设的有机融合,形成了西柏坡时期独具特色的大学文化,引领了新中国新文化的新风尚,从而为社会主义大学的文化建设提供了丰厚的文化滋养,为中国特色高等教育发展提供了广博的精神财富。In the Xibaipo period, under the new situation of the revolution about to winning, the communist party of China formed the Marxist-Leninist institute, North China military and political university and North China university, etc three universities, which cultivate all kinds of talented persons with strong political theory and high professional level for the victory of liberation war and new China＇s construction. Its school-running practice achieved the organic integration among the Xibaipo spirit and the university environment culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture construction, formed a unique university culture in the Xibaipo period, led the new fashion of the People＇s Republic of China culture, which provided rich culture nourished for the cultural construction of socialist university, and provided a wide range of spiritual wealth for the higher education development with Chinese characteristics.
