泻肺利水法对心力衰竭患者血清中NT-proBNP及GDF-15水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察泻肺利水法对慢性心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者血清中氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)及生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)水平的影响。方法纳入心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为对照组及治疗组各30例,对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在西药基础上加用心衰合剂治疗,于入院及治疗2周后分别检测NT-pro BNP及GDF-15水平。结果治疗后,2组心力衰竭患者血NTpro BNP及GDF-15水平均明显降低(P<0.01),组间比较治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泻肺利水法可有效降低患者NT-pro BNP、GDF-15水平,改善患者预后。Objective To observe the effect of purging lung heat for dieresis method on NT-pro BNP and GDF-15 in heart failure patients＇ serum. Methods 60 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group（ n = 30） and treatment group（ n = 30）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was given heart failure mixture besides western medicine. NT-pro BNP and GDF-15 were detected when admission and 2 weeks after treatment. Results NTpro BNP and GDF-15 in heart failure patients＇ serum increased significantly. After treatment for 2 weeks,NT-pro BNP and GDF-15 in treatment group were significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Purging lung heat for dieresis method could effectively reduce NT-pro BNP and GDF-15 in heart failure patients＇ serum,thus to improve prognosis.
