摘 要:文章研究了动力型VRLA电池充电器采用不同充电方式(充电制度),及可靠性对电池性能的影响。通过测试发现不同的充电制度及可靠性对电池的性能,特别是寿命方面影响巨大。研究发现,采用带有时间保护的限流恒压充电方式,电池充电效率高,设备可靠性好,是成熟度最高的充电方法。带有时间保护的限流恒压充电方法的优点:第一,充电效率高,满足实用要求。第二,原理及制造技术成熟,安全性和可靠性好;第三,充电器与整车匹配性好,安装方便,通用性高。This paper mainly studied the influences of different charging modes(charging system)on the performance of the power VRLA battery charger. Through the test, it is found that the different charging systems and the reliability of the battery performance, in particular, the impact on the life of a huge. The study found that the use of the time to protect the limited current constant voltage charging, the battery charging efficiency, good reliability.It is the highest maturity of the charging method. The time protection of the current limiting constant voltage charging method has advantages : (1) Charging efficiency meets the practical requirements.(2)The principle and manufacturing technology are mature, safe and reliable; (3) The charger and vehicle matching is good, the installation is convenient, and the general purpose is high.
