摘　　要：为解决因冷却水不足或泄漏导致船舶发动机高温故障的问题,从船舶发动机冷却系统的结构和工作要求出发,设计了一种船舶发动机冷却水自动补给报警系统,主要用于船舶发动机冷却水箱水位显示、冷却水不足时自动补给以及在冷却系统泄漏或自动补给系统故障导致冷却水箱水位达到警戒水位时的故障报警。通过该系统可以保证船舶发动机安全可靠运行,同时降低机舱工作人员劳动强度,提高船舶机舱自动化水平。In order to solve the high temperature fault of marine engine caused by cooling water deficiency or leak,the automatic supply and alarm system of engine cooling water was designed based on the cooling system structure and work requirement of marine engine,which was mainly used to display the water level of the engine cooling water tank,supply cooling water automatically when insufficient and fault alarm as soon as the warning level of the water tank because of leakage in the cooling system or automatic replenishment system fault. The system can be used to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the marine engine,reduce labor intensity of the crew and improve the automation level of marine engineering room.
